Each LED module goes through 24-hour module aging before cabinet assembly, and complete screens then receive 72-hour full-screen aging. In this video, our workers record the data of LED module aging test every day. They will check whether LED modules correctly connect the cable, whether the LED module is flat, whether there is a short circuit, and whether the appearance is intact or not.
Module aging helps detect potential problems before shipment, such as short circuits, lamp bead failures and unevenness.
