Costa Rican customers ordered 12 P2.97 EA1000C6 hire LED display cabinets in August 2024. Their video feedback shows the assembled screen in use and provides a project reference for event companies considering this model.
The following cabinet features matter when comparing rental screens for repeated setup. Image detail still depends on the complete screen’s resolution, content, and audience viewing distance.
EagerLED’s EA1000C6 specification (pages 11–12) lists approximate cabinet weights of 11 kg indoors and 12.6 kg outdoors. Confirm the supplied version. The cabinet uses die-cast aluminum with stainless-steel fasteners; plan rear maintenance access around the installation.
The product page describes 12 mm stainless-steel quick locks on the top and side of the cabinet. Check that adjoining cabinets align correctly and that every lock engages during assembly.
Aluminum handles with silicone inserts provide a more comfortable grip. Include cabinet weight and handling space when planning transport and setup.
Corner protectors and the anti-collision base help protect LED modules during handling. Positioning beads assist alignment; inspect the module edges and cabinet joints before powering on the screen.
A ventilated rear cover supports heat dissipation, so keep airflow paths clear. For structural planning, obtain the rated hanging configuration and support requirements from the supplier. A cabinet tensile-strength figure alone does not define a safe installation load.
Thank you to our Costa Rican customers for sharing their setup. For a similar hire LED display project, contact EagerLED with your screen dimensions, venue conditions, installation method, and viewing distance.
