A Costa Rican client purchased the EA1000C6 rental LED display and shared the stage-performance video above. It shows the display in use, but does not establish its pixel pitch, total resolution, or measured brightness. For rental operators, the cabinet details below are useful checks when planning a similar installation.
The EA1000C6 uses 500 × 1000 mm aluminum cabinets with stainless-steel screws and locks. EagerLED’s model specification sheet lists approximately 11 kg per indoor cabinet and 12.6 kg per outdoor cabinet. Confirm the supplied version and leave clearance for rear maintenance.
The top and side 12 mm quick locks join adjacent cabinets. Check that each lock engages fully and inspect panel alignment before powering the assembled rental LED display.
Aluminum handles with silicone inserts support handling comfort. Plan lifting and transport around the complete cabinet weight, and keep fingers clear of joints during assembly and teardown.
Corner protectors help shield exposed LED edges, while positioning beads guide cabinet alignment. Inspect these parts between events and use suitable transport cases; protectors cannot prevent every impact.
The ventilated rear cover supports heat dissipation. Keep airflow paths clear. For suspended installations, obtain the approved rigging configuration and load limits; a cabinet-strength claim alone does not establish a safe hanging load.
