Pixel pitch is used to determine the maximum viewing distance, minimum viewing distance, and optimal viewing distance for LED screens. The smaller the pixel pitch, the more details and higher quality images you get. If you want to display high-resolution images or videos on your display you will need an LED display with a small pixel pitch.
The viewing distance is also affected by the pixel pitch. Minimum viewing distance is the minimum distance at which you can view images and videos with an acceptable level of pixel pitch. The smaller the pixel pitch is, the smaller the gap between pixels and the less pixel pitch the image will have. The viewer can therefore stand closer to see the LED display.
In this video, we will show you the difference between P2.5 LED screens and P4 LED displays.
Resolution: Smaller pixel pitch offers high-resolution image effects. The image quality of P2.5 LED displays is higher than that of P4 LED displays.
Viewing Distance: For P2.5 LED display screen, the recommended viewing distance is 2.5 meters. The suitable viewing distance of P4 LED wall is 4 meters.
Cost: P2.5 version is more expensive than P4 version with their pixel density. Compared with P4 LED modules, P2.5 LED modules require more LEDs to be installed on the surface.
Application: Fine pixel pitch allows audiences to see clearly the display content in a close distance. P2.5 LED displays are the most likely to be used in any indoor event. P4 LED screens are suitable for outdoor scenes.
