It demonstrates another method of mounting a 640x480mm die-cast front service LED screen. We used steel plates and bolts to fix the cabinet to a rectangular tube structure. The steel plate with four nuts was supplied by our company(EagerLED). The installation procedure is as follows.

• Put the cabinet to the steel plate and secure with locks
• Use the iron plates and screws to fix the cabinet
• Repeat the above steps untile finish the second and third row installation
• Use RJ45 cables to connect the control cards in each cabinet
• Connect the power cables and signal cables
• Attach the LED modules to LED cabinets
• Turn on the LED display to do a aging test

This mounting method (we can call it nut plate mounting) is more reliable and cheaper than the magnetic mounting method (4 M10 magnets per cabinet). However, the installation takes longer and you need to build the rectangular tube structure on site.
