1. The rental LED display screen is placed piece-by-piece on the turnover vehicle and then pushed into the waterproof testing area with 3 to 4 turnover vehicles to ensure each rental LED screen is tested for water resistance.

2. Then, raise the waterproof test curtain so that no water can enter the testing area. This creates a more enclosed test environment, allowing for more accurate results.

3. Set the timer for 15 minutes and turn on the power. The rental LED screen will continue to be subjected to 15 minutes of heavy rainfall simulation to test its waterproof capabilities.

4. QC technicians use a spray gun to remove the water stain on the surface of the rental LED display and carefully check the internal circuit of the LED display.

5. Re-test the cabinets for waterproofing after the treatment.

By following the above steps, the screen will be waterproof to IP65. This allows LED displays to be used in outdoor environments.
