Welcome to Eagerled LED module aging test workshop. Our LED module aging test aims to imitate the practical display environment to ensure the reliability of LED modules.

Our 72-hour LED aging test consists of white balance aging(2×24 hours) and video aging(24 hours). In this video, our workers record the data of LED module aging test every day. They will check whether LED modules correctly connect the cable, whether the LED module is flat, whether there is a short circuit, and whether the appearance is intact or not.

These LED modules will work in a simulated environment that is high temperature, and high humidity to effectively detect potential problems of LED modules during long-term operation, such as short circuit, lamp bead failure, and unevenness.

The 72-hour LED module aging test can not only ensure the high performance and stability of LED display before shipment, but also provide customers with high-quality products, avoiding unnecessary troubles in long-term use.
